U umak dodamo korijandar, sol, papar i maslinovo ulje. Tikvice nare\u017eemo na kocke te pomije\u0161amo sa palentom i preljevom od mrkve.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nakon fizi\u010dke aktivnosti rezerve glikogena su ispra\u017enjene, a za daljnju dobru kondiciju potrebno ih je nadoknaditi. Ovaj obrok brzo vra\u0107a izgubljenu energiju, a pritom sadr\u017ei i elektrolite nu\u017ene za pravilan rad organizma.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">U doba pripreme za sun\u010danje mrkva bogata beta karotenom pomo\u0107i \u0107e stanicama ko\u017ee da razviju vi\u0161e pigmenta neophodnog za zdravo tamnjenje.
