Allium sativum) je dobro poznata prehrambena namirnica, ali jeste li znali da ima i brojna medicinska svojstva?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u010ce\u0161njak povoljno utje\u010de na mnoge bolesti kao \u0161to su virusne i bakterijske infekcije, artritis, bolesti di\u0161nih puteva, kardiovaskularne bolesti, probavne tegobe i kroni\u010dni umor. Tako\u0111er je veoma djelotvoran u suspenziji probavnih parazita. Aktivna tvar u \u010de\u0161njaku je alicin i uz njegovo antibiotsko djelovanje ispituju se i antikancerogena svojstva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u010ce\u0161njakom se vrlo uspje\u0161no regulira krvni tlak te se primjenjuje kao sredstvo za sni\u017eavanje tlaka. Mo\u017ee se koristiti i u prevenciji prehlade ili kada je ona ve\u0107 nastupila, i tada se naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e preporu\u010duje jesti sirov u salatama. Koristi se u mnogim jelima od povr\u0107a i mahunarki. Njegova svojstva bit \u0107e najbolje sa\u010duvana ako se u jelo doda pred kraj kuhanja i termi\u010dki obra\u0111uje tri do pet minuta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S obzirom na navedena ljekovita svojstva u svakom slu\u010daju je preporu\u010dljiva konzumacija \u010de\u0161njaka u sirovom obliku koliko i u kuhanim jelima.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u010ce\u0161njak ili bijeli luk (lat.
