Serotonin, popularno se naziva i \u201ehormon sre\u0107e\u201c, iako je po funkciji neurotransmiter koji u mozgu prenosi impulse. Rezultat pravilnog izlu\u010divanja i djelovanja serotonina je osje\u0107aj sre\u0107e i radosti, zadovoljstva i pozitivnih misli.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mnogi se u jesenskim i kratkim zimskim danima osje\u0107aju tjeskobno te prolaze kroz poreme\u0107aj koji se naziva sezonsko depresivno raspolo\u017eenje \u201e<em>seasonal depresion<\/em>\u201c.
