Kra\u0107e je pa \u010desto upotrebljavamo taj izraz u vo\u0111enu yoga sata.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kralje\u017enica ima 5 pokreta, od kojih back band za mnoge predstavlja najizazovniji pokret.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prama drevnom znaju yoge savijanje kralje\u017enice unazad ili <em>back band<\/em> donosi o\u017eivljavanje energetskih centara u prsnom ko\u0161u , vratu i glavi. Yoga opisuje te energetske centre (chakra na sanskrtu) kao sjedi\u0161te ljubavi, zahvalnosti, svjesnosti i \u010distog bla\u017eenstva. Otvaranjem prsa, grla i zabacivanjem glave, poti\u010de se protok krvi i pospje\u0161uje cirkulacija u tom podru\u010dju, te poma\u017ee uravnote\u017eenje rada endokrinih \u017elijezda koje se tu nalaze, poput \u0161titnja\u010de i hipofize.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Iako za potpuno u\u010dinak yoge potrebno je raditi svih 5 pokreta kralje\u017enice i time omogu\u0107iti slobodan tijek energije u tijelu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u010cini se da je sli\u010dno narodnoj poslovici \u201enapravi korak unazad da bi mogao vidjeti ve\u0107u sliku\u201c.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vje\u017eba\u010di i vje\u017eba\u010dice yoge znaju da se pokret kralje\u017enice unazad naziva i back band na engleskom jeziku.
