Ipak B12 vitamin se dobiva iz drugih izvora.<\/p>\n<p>B12 vitamin dobiva se gotovo isklju\u010divo iz \u017eivotinjskih proizvoda. Vegetarijanci koji jedu mlijeko, mlije\u010dne proizvode ili jaja lako \u0107e ga nadoknaditi, dok se veganima preporu\u010da suplementacija tim vitaminom.<br \/>\nPonekad nije pitanje samo pravilan unos vitamina i balansirana prehrana, ve\u0107 i njihova pravilan apsorpcija u crijevima.
