Kada se ugrije, dodajte nasjeckani celer, nasjeckani poriluk i \u010dajnu \u017eli\u010dicu limunova soka. Dodajte malo soli i pirjajte dok povr\u0107e ne omek\u0161a.<br \/>\nZatim dodajte lovorov list i per\u0161in te vodu. Nakon 20-tak minuta kuhanja dodajte \u0161pinat i nasjeckani kelj.
