Iako se smatra da stres ne mora nu\u017eno biti lo\u0161 ve\u0107 nas mo\u017ee motivirati da neke zadatke odradimo br\u017ee ili bolje, relaksacija i stres imaju utjecaja ne samo na psihi\u010dko ve\u0107 i na fizi\u010dko zdravlje.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kako znanstvenici obja\u0161njavaju utjecaj stresa na tjelesnu masu? Smatraju da je jedan od va\u017enih faktora serotonin, hormon sre\u0107e, jer ni\u017ee razine serotonina koje su zabilje\u017eene tijekom stresa dovode do ve\u0107e \u017eelje za ugljikohidratima \u0161to dovodi do za\u010daranog kruga pri \u010demu nezdravi ugljikohidrati, poput rafiniranog \u0161e\u0107era, mogu uzrkovati upale i pove\u0107ati rizik od dobivanja na te\u017eini. Osim \u0161to je prejedanje povezno s emocijama, utjecaja ima i hormon kortizol. Kada stres postane kroni\u010dan tijelo proizvodi vi\u0161e kortizola, a njegova visoka razina dovodi do akmulacije masnog tkiva.
