{"id":3050,"date":"2016-03-21T18:12:54","date_gmt":"2016-03-21T17:12:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/adhara.hr\/?p=3050"},"modified":"2016-03-21T18:12:54","modified_gmt":"2016-03-21T17:12:54","slug":"odrzana-radionica-prirodna-pomoc-kod-alergija","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/adhara.gajagati.hr\/web\/2016\/03\/21\/odrzana-radionica-prirodna-pomoc-kod-alergija\/","title":{"rendered":"Odr\u017eana je radionica &#8220;Prirodna pomo\u0107 kod alergija&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Odr\u017eana je\u00a0radionica &#8220;Prirodna pomo\u0107 kod alergija&#8221;.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/h5>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kako je problem alergija\u00a0sve \u010de\u0161\u0107a bolest dana\u0161njice i zahva\u0107aju velik dio populacije, 18. o\u017eujka u sklopu na\u0161eg Centra za nutricionizam i ayurvedu odr\u017eana je radionica na temu &#8220;Prirodna pomo\u0107 kod alergija&#8221;, a odr\u017eala ju je na\u0161a magistra nutricionizma Irena \u0160venda.<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kroz radionicu, polaznici su saznali osnovne informacije o tome kako do alergije dolazi, koja protutijela su uklju\u010dena u alergijsku reakciju, koje namirnice je potrebno izbjegavati zbog sadr\u017eaja histamina, a koje namirnice je po\u017eeljno uvrstiti u prehranu. Isprobane\u00a0su tehnike disanja <a href=\"http:\/\/adhara.hr\/yoga-tehnike-disanja\/\" target=\"_blank\">(pranayama) <\/a>koje mogu pomo\u0107i u ubla\u017eavanju di\u0161nih tegoba kod alergije, a slu\u017ee za opu\u0161tanje i pove\u0107anje plu\u0107nog kapaciteta. Polaznici su se oku\u0161ali u izradi smoothia te \u010dajne mje\u0161avine koja mo\u017ee\u00a0pomo\u0107i u borbi s akutnim stanjem alergije.<\/p>\n<p>Kako nam je bilo na radionici pogledajte u
