{"id":4130,"date":"2016-12-15T14:09:39","date_gmt":"2016-12-15T13:09:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/adhara.hr\/?p=4130"},"modified":"2016-12-15T14:09:39","modified_gmt":"2016-12-15T13:09:39","slug":"poslovni-rucak-koliko-ga-placa-nase-srce","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/adhara.gajagati.hr\/web\/2016\/12\/15\/poslovni-rucak-koliko-ga-placa-nase-srce\/","title":{"rendered":"Poslovni ru\u010dak \u2013 koliko ga pla\u0107a na\u0161e srce?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pripazite prilikom odabira obroka.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Osobe koje rade po cijele dane i ako uz to jo\u0161 mnogo putuju, ru\u010dak naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e odaberu u nekom restoranu, nakon ru\u010dka popiju neko pi\u0107e ili kavu, dvije, tri, a dan zavr\u0161e na ve\u010deri s kolegama i odabirom odli\u010dnog odreska.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ovisno o odabiru hrane, ovakva rutina se pokazala nezdravom jer pove\u0107ava rizik od ateroskleroze \u2013 nakupljanja masti na unutarnjim stijenkama arterija \u0161to s vremenom dovodi do sr\u010danog udara i mnogih drugih oboljenja.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Studija koja se bavila ovom problematikom uklju\u010dila je preko 4000 mu\u0161kih i \u017eenskih zaposlenika banaka, od 40 do 55 godina, bez simptoma koji bi ukazali na sr\u010dana oboljenja.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">40% ispitanika pridr\u017eavalo se Mediteranske prehrane koja uklju\u010duje vi\u0161e mahunarki, povr\u0107a, vo\u0107a, ora\u0161astih plodova, ribe, a jednom tjedno crveno meso. 41% ispitanika slijedilo je Zapadnu prehranu koja se temelji na unosu hrane \u017eivotinjskog podrijetla. 19% je slijedilo prehranu koja se sastojala od povremenog grickanja i obroka u restoranima koji su uklju\u010divali crveno i procesirano meso, gazirane i negazirane napitke i alkohol.
