polaznika<\/p>\n<p>\u2013<strong> kombinacija<\/strong> hata <strong>yoge<\/strong> i vynasa flow (slow i br\u017ei)<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 dio sata posve\u0107ujemo relaksaciji i tehnikama disanja<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 svaka asana i vinyasa radi se s pa\u017enjom na dahu<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 radi se s<strong> maksimalnom pa\u017enjom kako bi se izbjegle povrede<\/strong>, ina\u010de jako \u010deste u izvo\u0111enju yoge na zapadu (naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e su povrede vratne i lumbalne kralje\u017enice i koljena)<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 izbjegava se forsiranje postizanja polo\u017eaja iz \u201ckataloga\u201d, a asane se izvode s obzirom na individualne mogu\u0107nosti i ograni\u010denja<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 jednako se pa\u017enje posve\u0107uje postizanju fleksibilnosti mi\u0161i\u0107a, tetiva i ligamenta te ja\u010danju mi\u0161i\u0107ne snage i zglobnih struktura<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 polaznike se temeljito vodi kroz pripremu i izgradnju tijela prije izvo\u0111enja asana koje mogu imati negativan u\u010dinak na pojedine zglobove (poput izvo\u0111enje back banda \u2013 savijanja unatrag kod osobe koja nema dovoljno jake trbu\u0161ne i le\u0111ne m\u0161i\u0107e, a prirodno je vrlo savitljiva)<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 bez obzira koji tjelesni problem imate (poput problema vratne ili lumbalne kralje\u017enice, bolova u koljenu) usmjerit \u0107emo vas na na\u010din izvo\u0111enja asana prikladan za vas bez bojazni za daljnje povrede<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 prije upisa ispunjavate zdravstveni upitnik i razgovarate sa voditeljem<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 cilj je zdravlje tijela, duboka relaksacija i
