Na\u0161e vrijedne cure su rezale, kuhale, zapisivale, a zatim su se bacile na posao kuhanja te smo na kraju i ku\u0161ali pripremljeno.<\/p>\n<p>Pripremili smo ju s povr\u0107em i na juhu. Recept vam donosimo u nastavku.<\/p>\n<p>Dva sata prije \u0161alicu mungo graha\u00a0smo namo\u010dili u vru\u0107oj vodi i potom smo ga\u00a0skuhali. Mungo\u00a0grah je\u00a0mahunarka koja pripada porodici le\u0107e i bogat je proteinima\u00a0i vlakanima, a tako\u0111er sadr\u017ei vitamine A, C i E te minerale fosfor, magnezij, \u017eeljezo i kalcij.<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci:<\/p>\n<p>1 \u0161alica mungo\u00a0graha<\/p>\n<p>1 crveni luk<\/p>\n<p>3 \u010de\u0161nja bijelog luka<\/p>\n<p>3 \u017elice maslinovog ulja<\/p>\n<p>1 manja glavica ranog kupusa<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 \u017eli\u010dice kurkume<\/p>\n<p>papar,kim,sol<\/p>\n<p>naribani \u0111umbir<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<\/p>\n<p>Na maslinovom ulju popr\u017eili smo bijeli i crveni luk te smo dodali naribani \u0111umbir i kurkumu. Sve smo podlili vodom da luk omek\u0161a. Kada je luk omek\u0161ao podijelili smo smo ga na dva dijela (jedan dio za pripremu le\u0107e s povr\u0107em, a drugi dio za juhu). Zatim smo i skuhanu le\u0107u podijelili na dva dijela. Na luk smo stavili kupus i podlili vodom da malo omekani, a potom dodali ostale za\u010dine i polovicu mungo graha. Drugu polovicu smo usitnili \u0161tapnim mikserom, tako\u0111er dodali za\u010dine,vodu i dobili juhu. Jednostavno, zar ne?<\/p>\n<p>Za\u0161to dodavati kurkumu u jela? Evo nekoliko razloga.<\/p>\n<p>Kurkuma ima sna\u017eno antibakterijsko djelovanje te poma\u017ee kod zacjeljivanja rana i mo\u017ee se koristiti ili oralno ili se mo\u017ee posipati prah na ranu. Ona tako\u0111er uklanja neugodan zadah iz usna te spre\u010dava rast bakterija i poma\u017ee kod\u00a0bolesti usne \u0161upljine smanjuju\u0107i upalu. Kurkuma sadr\u017ei fitokemikaliju kurkumin koji ima sna\u017eno protuupalno djelovanje te se preporu\u010duje kod kroni\u010dnih oboljenja kostiju i reumatidnog artiritisa. Tako\u0111er prevenira cirozu i druga o\u0161te\u0107enja jetre te stimulira proizvodnju \u017eu\u010di.<\/p>\n<p>Kako smo bile vrijedne pogledajte na slikama.<\/p>\n<p><a
