Donosimo recept za muffine od \u0161ljiva, cimeta i kefira u kojima mo\u017eete u\u017eivati tokom doru\u010dka ili ponijeti koji muffin na posao i zasladiti se u pauzi. Na\u0161a koordinatorica centra prona\u0161la je recept za klasi\u010dne muffine od \u0161ljiva, no odlu\u010dila ga je malo preraditi kako bi bio manje kalori\u010dan, a nutrititvno bogatiji.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0160ljiva<\/strong> je bogata vitaminima B6, C, K , A, folnom kiselinom i niacinom. Svojim nutritivnim sastavom poma\u017ee u apsorpciji \u017eeljeza, pridonosi zdravlju srca i zbog dijetalnih vlakana poma\u017ee u probavi. <strong>Cejlonski cimet<\/strong> regulira \u0161e\u0107er u krvi, ima protuupalna svojstva i daje slatkast okus. <strong>Kefir<\/strong> je fermentirani mlije\u010dni proizvod koji je idealan za sve koji ne podnose laktozu, a svojim dobrim bakterijama pridonosi imunolo\u0161kom sustavu i zdravoj crijevnoj flori.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SASTOJCI<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g svje\u017eih nasjeckanih \u0161ljiva<\/li>\n<li>300 g bra\u0161na (mi smo koristili pola bezgluteinskog bra\u0161na i pola bra\u0161na od kasave; mo\u017ee i pirovo s pola bijelog ili prosenog)<\/li>\n<li>pra\u0161ak za pecivo<\/li>\n<li>\u017elica cejlonskog cimeta<\/li>\n<li>100 g \u0161e\u0107era prema originalnom receptu, no mi smo koristili manju koli\u010dinu. Mo\u017ee se koristiti i muscovado \u0161e\u010der ili neki drugi<\/li>\n<li>jaje<\/li>\n<li>1 dl rastopljenog ghee maslaca<\/li>\n<li>250 ml kefira<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dobro promije\u0161ati suhe sastojke. Jaje umutiti s ghee maslacem, \u0161e\u0107erom i kefirom te toj smjesi dodati suhe pomije\u0161ane sas<\/p>\n<p>tojke. Sve zajedno dobro izmije\u0161ati. U smjesu dodati nasjeckane \u0161ljive i ponovno promije\u0161ati. Staviti smjesu u kalupe za muffine i napuniti ih do 2\/3 svakog kalupa.
