Donosimo recept zbog kojeg \u0107ete (jo\u0161 vi\u0161e) zavoljeti hokaido bundevu.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Hokaido je prava riznica vitamina, minerala i vlakana. Obiluje vitaminima B1, B2 i B6, te kalijem i fosforom koji su zaslu\u017eni za pravilan rad srca i ko\u0161tani sustav. Bogata je betakarotenom koji poma\u017ee u prevenciji brojnih vrsta raka, naro\u010dito u prevenciji raka plu\u0107a. U kona\u010dnici, izvor je esencijalnog vitamina C koji nam \u010desto nedostaje u jesenskim i zimskim mjesecima zbog \u010dega smo skloni umoru i prehladama. Prilikom pripreme hokaido bundeve ne gulite koru jer je i ona jestiva.<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>jedna hokaido bundeva<\/li>\n<li>razno povr\u0107e (mrkva, celer, luk, paprika, feferoni)<\/li>\n<li>svje\u017ee sjecakni per\u0161in<\/li>\n<li>ghee maslac<\/li>\n<li>za\u010dini: papar, sol, kurkuma, goru\u0161ica<\/li>\n<li>ribani sir (nije nu\u017eno)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hokaido tikvu oprati, razrezati na kri\u0161ke i o\u010distiti od ko\u0161tica. Na tavi otopiti ghee maslac i dodati za\u010dine te popr\u017eiti oko 30 sec. Kri\u0161ke bundeve premazati ghee maslacem i za\u010dinima s obje strane i poslo\u017eiti na papir za pe\u010denje. Staviti u pe\u0107nicu na oko 180\u00a0\u00b0C. Vrijeme pe\u010denja je oko 40 min. Povr\u0107e oprati, razrezati na \u010detvrtine ili kockice te tako\u0111er premazati ghee maslacem i za\u010dinima. Nakon 10 min pe\u010denja bundeve dodati ostalo povr\u0107e. Deset minuta prije kraja pe\u010denja dodati sir ribanac ili gaudu. Sir presko\u010diti ako se \u017eeli dobiti manje kalori\u010dno jelo.
