Ako o tome ne vodimo ra\u010duna, sasvim obi\u010dan smoothie mo\u017ee rezultirati kontra efektom, umjesto da nas osvje\u017ei, posebice u vru\u0107nim ljetnim danima. Osim toga, \u010desto smoothie kalorijski prema\u0161i konkretan obrok jer bez vo\u0111enja ra\u010duna o koli\u010dini dodajemo zdrave, ali ipak kalori\u010dne ora\u0161aste plodove i sjemenke.
