Mi smo se uhvatili u ko\u0161tac s trenutnom situacijom i odlu\u010dili pokrenuti online yogu. <!--more--><!--more--><\/p>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c; font-family: Georgia, serif, Trebuchet MS, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><b>Za\u0161to je yoga bitna?<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c; font-family: Georgia, serif, Trebuchet MS, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Svi znamo da yoga poma\u017ee uravnote\u017eenju uma i tijela. \u017divot u ovo stresno vrijeme donosi niz ograni\u010denja, koja utje\u010du na pojavu depresivnog raspolo\u017eenja, tjeskobu, agresivnost, sva\u0111e u obitelji, manjak kretanja i obilnije jedenje i op\u0107e nezadovoljstvo, a sve zajedno na slabljenje na\u0161eg organizma.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c; font-family: Georgia, serif, Trebuchet MS, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Na\u0161\u00a0<b>imunolo\u0161ki sustav<\/b>\u00a0direktno je povezan sa stanjem tijela i odgovara na stres koji primamo kao i na promjene u probavnom sustavu. Kada smo napeti i u stanju poja\u010danog lu\u010denja hormona stresa na\u0161 imunolo\u0161ki sustav slabi. Znanstvenici su danas otkrili povezanost kroni\u010dnog stresa sa pove\u0107anjem infekcija i nastanka kroni\u010dnih i malignih\u00a0bolesti. Zdravi\u00a0<b>mi\u0161i\u0107i\u00a0<\/b>ili prema ayurvedi mamsa dhatu direktno su vezani uz zdravlje psihe. Svi imamo iskustvo kako nas vje\u017eba \u010dini optimisti\u010dnijima, vra\u0107a nam energiju, smanjuje nezdravi apetit.\u00a0Yogom stimuliramo rad unutarnjih organa &#8211;\u00a0<b>probavnih organa i endokrinog sustava<\/b>, radimo na mi\u0161i\u010dnom tonusu svih mi\u0161i\u0107a tijela (ne samo lokomotornog sustava ve\u0107 i mi\u0161i\u0107a koji grade unutarnje organe \u0161to je jedinstveno za yogu), ja\u010damo i iste\u017eemo\u00a0<b>zglobove i kosti<\/b>.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div>U yogi fizi\u010dka vje\u017eba se kombinira uz\u00a0<i>pa\u017enju\u00a0\u00a0<\/i>(svjesno izvo\u0111enje vje\u017ebi uz pa\u017enju) pra\u0107enu dahom \u010dime se posti\u017ee ta duboka u\u010dinkovitost yoge na opu\u0161tanje psihi\u010dkih\u00a0napetosti uz istovremeno energiziranje uma.\u00a0<span style=\"color: #4c4c4c; font-family: Georgia, serif, Trebuchet MS, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Yogom se smanjuje\u00a0<b>psihi\u010dka napetost<\/b>, um se relaksira, a ostaje budan, javlja se prihva\u0107anje i mogu\u0107nost pravilnog odgovora na novonastalu situaciju &#8211; postajemo kreativni.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c; font-family: Georgia, serif, Trebuchet MS, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Sami stvaramo osobnu stvarnost putem mislili, emocija i na\u0161ih dijela.
