Da istina je, nije za svakog smoothie, i nije za svakoga sok. Bitno je znati kakav sok i\/ili smoothie nam odgovara i kako napraviti smoothie ili sok da bude u skladu sa mojom probavom, i stanjem organizma.<\/p>\n<p>Na radionici \u0107emo nau\u010diti ayurvedske temelje za razlikovanje tko mo\u017ee uop\u0107e piti takve napitke, i kako ih napraviti da budu uravnote\u017eeni po ayurvedskim na\u010delima. Postoji bitna razlika izme\u0111u smoothi-a i soka, mi \u0107emo je nau\u010diti.
